Uncompromising Infrastructure. Practical Deployment.
Whether we are co-managing your existing office network alongside your IT team, bridging a legacy phone system to reduce monthly carrier spend during your transition, or deploying brand-new desk and cordless phones, we make sure your physical equipment and your cloud phone system work as one.
Why Your Network and Phones Must Work Together—And How We Protect Your Hardware Budget
Most frustration with modern internet phones happens for two simple reasons: either a provider forces you to throw away working phones you already paid for, or they plug new phones into an unconfigured office network where heavy computer traffic crowds out your phone calls.
1. Preferred Endpoints & SIP Reprovisioning Policy
The NEXUS™ Preferred Stack: For new deployments or infrastructure upgrades, we standardize on enterprise-grade endpoints from Poly® and Grandstream® (alongside Algo® and Snom® for high-output warehouse horns, intercoms, and visual alert strobes). These devices are rigorously tested on our core network to deliver high-definition audio, zero-touch provisioning, and deep feature integration.
Capital Preservation & Hardware Reprovisioning: Already heavily invested in physical telecom hardware? We protect your bottom line. Our technical staff may be able to securely reprovision your existing standard, unlocked SIP hardware (including Poly® / Polycom®, Grandstream®, Algo®, Yealink®, Cisco®, Snom®, Mitel®, or Fanvil®) to the NEXUS™ environment (standard setup, testing, and configuration charges apply).
2. NEXUS AC™ — Analog Bridges, Hospitality ATAs & Fax
Room & Resident Analog Phones: Hotels, assisted living, memory care, and multi-unit facilities don't need expensive IP desk phones in every room. We deploy high-density Grandstream® FXS Analog Gateways to power dozens or hundreds of existing guest/resident room phones and physical fax/MFP machines.
Transitional PBX Trunk Bridges: Where a business is paying steep legacy rates for aging copper or PRI circuits, transitioning to a NEXUS AC™ Analog Trunk Bridge under a multi-year Hosted PBX agreement (where your existing phone system, such as an Avaya® Partner or legacy PBX, has compatible analog trunk handoff ports) can often reduce monthly carrier spend immediately—helping free up budget while we methodically stage your internal network or cabling upgrades at a comfortable pace.
3. NEXUS AC™ — Critical Life-Safety Continuity
Code-Certified Life-Safety: When deployed for Fire Alarm Panels, Elevator Phones, Commercial Intrusion Alarms, Area-of-Refuge Intercoms, or Emergency Pool/Gate Call Boxes, NEXUS AC™ — Critical utilizes purpose-built, code-certified multi-carrier dual-SIM cellular + WAN continuity hardware engineered to support NFPA 72, ASME A17.1B, and UL 864 compliance with integrated multi-hour battery backup.
Available as a standalone POTS replacement service or bundled alongside any NEXUS™ voice tier.
4. Meraki® / UniFi® Co-Management & Stack QoS
Cooperative Control: We eliminate counter-productive finger-pointing between internet providers, IT vendors, and phone companies. We standardize on Cisco Meraki® and Ubiquiti® UniFi® ecosystems for network switching, security gateways, and wireless infrastructure—granting cooperative dashboard access to your internal IT team so you are never locked out of your own network.
Flat or VLAN Networks: While we recommend VLAN segmentation for larger environments, smaller offices often operate efficiently on a straightforward "flat" network. Whether your environment is converged or segregated—with or without VLANs—we configure traffic prioritization so voice coexists smoothly alongside Microsoft® Teams®, Zoom®, Google Meet®, and Amazon Chime®.
NEXUS TC™ (Total Care) Lifecycle Assurance
When you upgrade your infrastructure using our preferred hardware stack, your technology investment is protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty / Replacement (LLW/R) program while your account remains in good standing. If a managed, manufacturer-supported device encounters a hardware defect or fails due to normal operational wear, we replace it directly—no arguing with manufacturers and no hidden replacement fees. As technology evolves and older devices eventually reach their official manufacturer End-of-Life (EOL) status, we keep your workflows uninterrupted by providing structured, heavily discounted upgrade paths to modern endpoints.
